Consent to Personal Data Processing

Version 2026-09-29. A separate document accepted by a tick in a site form; it is not part of the offer and not a condition of purchase.

CONSENT TEXT

By filling in a form on denismironov.pro and ticking “I agree to the processing of my personal data”, I freely and in my own interest give my consent to:

Personal data operator: Denis Yurievich Mironov, registered professional income tax payer (self-employed), Russian Tax ID 290135278765. Address: 25 Onezhskaya St., apt. 3, Arkhangelsk, Arkhangelsk Region, 163050, Russia. Email: mr.mironovd@yandex.ru.

  1. Purposes: answering my request and consultation; processing, payment and fulfilment of an order, file delivery and support; sending diagnostic results and free materials I asked for; order records.
  2. Data: name, phone / WhatsApp / Telegram, email, company, message text, diagnostic and calculator answers and results, order contents and amount, payment details (without card number).
  3. Actions: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction; both automated and manual processing.
  4. Recipients: services that run the site, keep request records, send emails and take payments, including services outside Russia (cross-border transfer). The full list with countries is in section 05 of the Personal Data Processing Policy.
  5. Term: until the purposes are met and no longer than 3 years after my last contact, unless the law requires longer storage (payment data — 5 years).
  6. Withdrawal: I can withdraw consent at any time by writing to mr.mironovd@yandex.ru. Data is deleted within 30 days, except what is needed to fulfil an already paid order and for accounting.

Consent to marketing and useful emails is given by a separate tick and is independent of this consent.
