Public offer and user agreement
The seller and service provider is Denis Yurievich Mironov, Russian Tax ID 290135278765, registered as a professional income tax payer. The website description, product contents, price and any individual written proposal form the order terms. A contract is concluded after order confirmation and successful payment, or after written acceptance of a bespoke project proposal.
The buyer must provide accurate contact details, use materials lawfully and not redistribute files, templates, software code or other intellectual property without written permission.
Bespoke projects, application development and ongoing support require a separate scope, budget, schedule and acceptance terms. Website information is not a guarantee of investment returns.
02
Fulfilment and delivery
Advisory sessions are delivered online at an agreed time. After payment, the provider contacts the buyer using the supplied email, phone number or messenger to confirm the brief and schedule; the standard response time is up to three business days.
A digital product is delivered by download link or email attachment after payment confirmation. The current contents are stated on the relevant product page. Physical delivery and collection do not apply.
Audit, implementation, development and launch timelines are defined in an individual scope. Deliverables may include documents, spreadsheets, presentations, prototypes, software products or reports, as agreed.
03
Cancellation and refunds
Requests must be sent to mr.mironovd@yandex.ru with the buyer’s name, payment date, amount and item. Before an advisory session or bespoke work begins, the buyer may request cancellation; refunds are made through the original payment method subject to the provider’s rules.
Once a service has been fully delivered and accepted, it is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. For partially completed bespoke work, any refund is calculated after deducting documented work already performed.
A digital-product refund may be considered when the file was not delivered, is corrupted or materially differs from the published contents. Requests are reviewed within ten calendar days.
04
