10% on digital products

Commission is calculated on the paid product price after discounts and refunds. For services, the rate and project scope are agreed in writing before work begins.

1. Apply and receive approval. No commission accrues before acceptance.
2. Your introduction is recorded before payment. The window is 30 days and the buyer must be new.
3. After confirmed payment, a 30-day hold applies. Refunds reduce commission and disputed payments pause it.
4. Each month we reconcile the ledger and arrange a monetary payout. Payment details are collected after onboarding, not through a public form.

Self-referrals, spam, fabricated purchases and unapproved discount promises are excluded. Participation does not authorise you to act on Denis’s behalf or change product terms.

Introductions and payouts are initially reconciled manually. An automated dashboard and payouts are not live. Multiple introductions are resolved before payment; duplicate commissions are excluded.
