Analyzes market signals, demand, competitors and opportunities and turns them into structured recommendations.
AI Hotel Revenue Operating System
Connect acquisition, reservations, guest service, operations, revenue and management reporting into one coordinated AI operating layer.
Blueprint is a digital product. Custom implementation and configuration are quoted separately.
How the system works as one operating layer
Not a collection of disconnected bots: one orchestrator, specialist roles, shared context, integrations and explicit human-control points.
What each of the 12 AI agents is responsible for
Roles are bounded by rules, data sources and authority. Material decisions, exceptions and higher-risk actions stay inside human approval.
Guest Acquisition
Creates and adapts business content from approved facts, offers, brand rules and channel requirements.
Prepares campaign logic, audiences, creative briefs and optimization signals while keeping spend changes inside approval rules.
Guest Journey
Handles availability-related inquiries, gathers required details, applies booking rules and escalates exceptions.
Answers contextual guest or client questions and suggests approved services, upgrades and next actions.
Maintains lifecycle follow-up, segmentation and next-touch logic using approved CRM data and communication rules.
Operations
Routes work, checks operating rules, tracks status and keeps routine execution visible to managers.
Supports staff with procedures, schedules, recurring questions and structured internal communication.
Tracks stock or purchasing signals, highlights exceptions and prepares replenishment or procurement actions for approval.
Revenue
Combines commercial and operating data to surface revenue, margin, pricing and profitability opportunities.
Monitors feedback and review themes, drafts compliant replies and escalates reputational risks.
Structures financial signals, exceptions and controls for management review without autonomously approving material transactions.

Before you buy
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. The blueprint is designed to sit above or connect to your existing CRM, booking, finance and communication tools where practical.
Is the blueprint the same as full implementation?
No. The blueprint is the architecture, workflows, prompts, integration map and implementation plan. Implementation is a separate service.
Can it be customized?
Yes. Every system can be adapted to the business model, team, software stack, approval rules and data restrictions.
What to know before ordering
Clear terms without pretending an automated delivery flow exists before it is connected.
How do I order today?
Use the order button on the system page. It opens WhatsApp with the product name pre-filled. Until a dedicated automated checkout is connected, payment and file-delivery instructions are confirmed directly before purchase.
What is included in the Blueprint price?
The digital architecture for the selected system and the materials listed on its page. Customization, tool setup, APIs, third-party subscriptions and hands-on implementation are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
Are OpenAI, CRM, Make, Zapier or other subscriptions included?
No. Third-party software, API, CRM, messaging, payment and infrastructure charges are paid separately by the client according to the relevant providers’ pricing.
Which language will I receive?
Russian and English are supported. The delivery language is confirmed before payment. A bilingual set can be agreed for a custom Implementation Pack.
Does the system guarantee revenue growth?
No. A Blueprint describes architecture and automation processes. Commercial or operating results depend on the starting situation, data, team, traffic, software and quality of implementation.
